Welcome to my world of the written word where we share book updates, the latest spicy novels, and what mischief we have been getting into.

We are finally half-way through February and my spring to do list is a mile long. Between working on Haven: The Chronicles of Zara Fae 3, taking care of my family, animals, etc. one of my older horses was diagnosed with Cushings syndrome. If you know horses, you know it's not a pleasant disease and usually leads to other issues. Luckily for her, this is her home for life and she will always be well taken care of.

Many of you may know a similar pain, but, one of my dogs passed away in January from cancer. She was a playful, happy, Blue Heeler, but there was just no fighting the illness. She will be forever remembered and loved. (Yes, veterinary care was administered).

My editor finished the re-edits on North Bound and is eagerly awaiting my submission of Haven before we continue re-doing the North Star Crusades series.

As you may have noticed, the Etsy shop has closed indefinitely. Etsy's policies changed and I was unhappy with the way things were being handled on their end. If a new shop opens, I will be sure to let you know how to get there, but it will no longer be through the Etsy platform.

So even though my schedule has been jam packed and chaotic, I have still been finding the time to continue the Zara Fae chronicles. I had a local fan begging me for details this week and wondering when the next one would be finished. This made me happy to hear and I assured her that I was nearing the finish line.

I am HOPING to have it to my wonderful editors by the middle of March at the latest.
